I’ve been through many a workout era and some have been wonderful and joyful and others have been a slog. Even the workouts I have loved are sometimes hard and easy to dread. (Especially in the beginning when it’s not a habit yet.) It really helps to figure out what your barriers are. For me, environment is huge.
